TUITION TEACHERS / COACHES ?

No, i still think there's something wrong with the poster i saw in the lrt, or the notes from this certain tuition center, or a.k.a coaching center. A good tutor will just put the name of their center there, and full stop instead of going for photography sessions to have his pictures all over the notes. and another thing, if you're a tuition teacher or a coach, you should be in the correct field for example, youre a bachelor in electrical engineering, you can put that on your physics notes, but if youre a masters in business, and you put all over the place MBA, and you're giving out science and maths classes, they just don't relate at all. A tutor may be multi - talented, i agree. but when youre a tutor you concerntrate on one field, a fried kuey teow seller cant be selling chicken rice at the same time, right? example like this.

you think they relate to each other? Moreover, a tutor should be able to accept bad comments about himself, not to stand up in a chatbox to defend himself, quarreling with a 17 year old kid over whos better and praying that the 17 year old kid to die and fail SPM. A good tutor simply means teaching and helping poor students go improve, teach and educate them, not kicking out stupid student and taking in smart students. whats the point of doing that? A tutor's aim is to make stupid people smart, not to challenge your rivals by showing them your center have more smart people by taking naturally smart people. A tutor should not cut short they syllabus saying its less important too, that will confuse students. :) i know, a student shouldnt teach tutors in their 40's what to do and how to differenciate things, oh well. :)
